Otley is a village located in the county of Suffolk, England, about eight miles north of Ipswich. The village is home to Otley Hall, a 16th century, Grade I listed house which was historically the seat of the family of Bartholomew Gosnold, and Otley College, offering vocationally focused courses in a number of areas. It is the birthplace of Roger Osborne who scored the only goal of the game in the 1978 FA Cup Final for Ipswich Town against Arsenal.
