"An issue of an Italian magazine for architecture; amply illustrated with many photos and ground plans. The copy comes from the estate of the Czech architect Karel Hannauer (1906-1966); it contains an article about his functionalist boarding house ""Arosa"" in Prague, illustrated with 7 photos (probably made by Josef Sudek but an expert was only able to confirm Sudek's authorship of the first photo on the page 10). The cover has a stamp and the owner's name and address written with pen; the name is also on the first page, written with pencil. Obviously, this is not a signature. /// Paperback, VIII+56 pp., 4° (27.5 x 30 cm), cover worn, discoloured/darkened and slightly rubbed, with smudges, some pages slightly dog-eared, with darkened corners, condition: good"
