Lukas Brauer studied law at Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University in Hannover. Since 2017, he pursued his doctoral studies under Prof. Dr. Roland Schwarze at the Chair for Civil Law, Labour Law and Civil Procedure Law at Leibniz University in Hannover, where he also worked as a research assistant. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Celle including internships at the German Trade Union Confederation and law firm specializing labour law. Since September 2023, he works as a lawyer specializing in advising employees and works councils.
